Refund policy
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
· Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
· Pre-Orders are final sale.
· Accessories, jewelry, beauty products, fragrances and home items are final sale.
· All original tags must be attached.
· ***Unfortunately, you will not receive credit or refund if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
SHOE/SOCK RETURNS:
· All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
· If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
· If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.
RETURN ADDRESS:

1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return!
2. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
3. Please use the courier of your choice or come into the store to return your item(s)!

· Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and refund.
· You will receive an online refund notification via email. This refund will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
